Q: What is required to reserve an apartment home?
A: We require a $50 application fee per person over the age of 18, along with a security deposit equal to one month's rent at the time of application. We perform a credit and criminal background check, and verify residency and income. Once we process your application, depending on the outcome of the credit portion, you may also be required to pay last month's rent.
Q: What utilities are billed to resident?
A: Electric is the only utility billed to the resident.
Q: What type of heating system does Riverbank Lofts use?
A: Riverbank uses an electric heat pump system. An electric heat pump is a central air conditioning and highly efficient heating system that extracts remaining heat from the outside air in the winter time and pumps it into your home. What heat it cannot extract is then subsidized by an electric heating element.
Q: What is the average unit size/type?
A: 2 Bedroom/2 Bath approximately 1,280 square feet.
Q: What are the parking arrangements?
A: We offer indoor garage spaces for an additional monthly fee based upon availability. Outdoor parking is also available for residents and guests.
Q: Are there handicap accessible units?
A: Yes.
Q: What are the fitness center hours?
A: Fitness center is open from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.
Q: How do I apply for a community garden plot?
A: Plots are available to all residents on a first come first serve basis. Please inquire at the leasing office if interested.

A: They do not open to preserve the historic integrity of the building. There is a fresh air exchange that brings outside fresh air into the building.
